are your pieces dishwasher safe?
technically yes — but i would strongly recommend hand washing to make sure your piece stays looking new.
are they microwave safe?
yes they are.
what materials do you use?
each piece is hand-built with high quality porcelain or stoneware clay, depending on the piece. they are then hand painted with non-toxic underglazes, and glazed with a premium food-safe glaze.

what is a pre-order?
a pre-order product is defined as a product that has yet to be made. by purchasing a pre-order, you are securing the product to be shipped to you when it has been made and is ready. an estimate will be listed on the page of the product. any orders containing a pre-ordered item will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item becomes available to ship. if you would like to order an item that is in stock and receive it before the pre-ordered item is available, please place two separate orders. we reserve the right to change the pre-order shipping dates at any time if required.
do you ship internationally?
yes, we ship worldwide! shipping fees are calculated at checkout. please keep in mind that if you do not select an option with tracking, i do not have any more information than you on where it is and am therefore not responsible for undelivered packages! i highly recommend choosing an option with tracking.
my piece doesn't look exactly like the picture! why?
every piece is carefully and lovingly handmade by me. this means that there will be slight variations from one piece to the next, something that is inherent in handmade products! natural blemishes and imperfections are normal and what make each piece unique. they do not affect the functionality of the piece!
do you accept returns?
i can't accept returns if you change your mind. however, if your piece arrives damaged or broken please send me an email with pictures at contact@getbakedclay.com and i'll see what i can do!
why did my package never arrive?
if you chose an option with tracking, please send me the tracking information and i'll see what info i'm able to find on my end! if you didn't select tracking, unfortunately i have no way of knowing where your package ended up. i recommend you contact your credit card company to see what can be done, but i am unfortunately unable to provide a refund.
